Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFO

All orders are fulfilled from our London warehouse. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number.

We offer free FREE SHIPPING on all UK orders.


All charges are calculated at the checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact Customer Services to enquire about delivery options and charges.

Deliveries within the UK can take 2-5 working days.

Deliveries to Europe can take 4-7 working days international deliveries outside of the EU can take 10-14 working days.

These times are an estimate and during busy times we may experience delays, please allow a full 25 working days for all international deliveries.

We (Lily Phellera Ltd) reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international shipping to most countries. Free SHIPPING is not valid on international orders.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

We aim to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. However due to high volume of orders some delays may occur.

Please note the delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.
Some delays may occur due to conditions outside of our control e.g. adverse weather conditions or remote delivery locations.

INSURANCE POLICY

Lily Phellera insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. However, unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the carrier’s control, can affect the delivery time.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are shipping an item over £75, we advise you to use a recorded postal service or a courier that provides you with a tracking number as the goods will remain under your responsibility until they reach us. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
