RETURNS
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Lily Phellera order. However, if you are not satisfied, for any reason and wish to file a return please read our returns and exchange policy below.You may return any unused product(s) within 7 days from the date you received your order. If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery of your purchase from our online store we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
All returns and exchanges may only be made directly through us by emailing info@lilyphellera.com. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all disposable seals and swing tags attached and in its original packaging, unwashed and with no signs of wear.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included. Unfortunately we cannot refund any duty charges or any original shipping costs or taxes on orders shipped outside of the UK.
We monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots or content creation.
Please note that we only provide free returns on domestic orders.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside of the UK who wish to return/exchange please email info@lilyphellera.com so shipment can be arranged by us. Shipment costs will then be deducted/invoiced upon refund.
Lily Phellera is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
All refunds will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. You will receive notification via an email confirmation once the reimbursement has been made.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sale and discounted items are non-refundable. However if the sale or discounted item you have purchased is not suitable we are more than happy to exchange your item for an item of the same price or gift voucher that must be used within 3 months from the date purchased.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, we advise you to use a recorded postal service or a courier that provides you with a tracking number as the goods will remain under your responsibility until they reach us. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
