Returns

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Lily Phellera order. However, if you are not satisfied, for any reason and wish to file a return please read our returns and exchange policy below. You may return any unused product(s) within 14 days from the date you received your order.

If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery of your purchase from our online store, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns and exchanges may only be made directly through us by emailing info@lilyphellera.com and obtaining approval first.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all disposable seals and swing tags attached and in its original packaging, unwashed and with no signs of wear.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included. Unfortunately we cannot refund any duty charges or any original shipping costs or taxes on orders shipped outside of the UK.

We monitor returns to identify potential misuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. You will receive notification via an email confirmation once the reimbursement has been made.
